Olbo Pro
Pro removes the 2 MB limit on a computer and raises it to 50 MB on a phone or tablet, in every tool. You pay once. The licence never expires.
Everything runs on your own device, with no server behind it, so how quickly a large file opens depends on the machine you are using. A big file still opens on a four-year-old phone. It just takes its time.

Questions people ask
- What file types does Olbo support?
- Word documents (.docx), Excel workbooks (.xlsx), CSV, TSV, JSON, NDJSON, Markdown, HTML, plain text, PDF and pictures (.png, .jpg, .webp). Logs, .env files and HAR captures open in the redactor. A zip opens as a folder. All of it on the free tier, and an office file comes back as itself.
- How does Olbo avoid deleting the wrong thing?
- It only acts when the surrounding context backs it up, so an order number is not mistaken for a card number and the figures in your quantity column stay quantities. Card numbers are put through the Luhn checksum before they count as card numbers. Where the evidence is thin it leaves the value alone rather than guessing at it.
- Can Olbo edit the text already inside a PDF?
- Yes. Click any line and type over it. When you save, the old words have been taken out of the file rather than painted over.
- How much does Olbo cost?
- Every tool opens files up to 2 MB without payment and without an account. One payment removes the 2 MB limit on a computer and raises it to 50 MB on a phone or tablet, and the licence never expires. It is $29 in the United States, and a local price elsewhere, shown in your own currency before you pay.
- Will a big file be slow?
- Everything runs on your own device, with no server behind it, so how quickly a large file opens depends on the machine you are using. A big file still opens on a four-year-old phone. It just takes its time. The wait is your own processor doing the work, so there is never a queue behind somebody else's upload to sit in.
- Does the Pro licence expire?
- No. It is bought once, it is checked on your own machine, and it keeps working for as long as you have the key.
